Turning a single online store into a white label platform for an entire dealer network.

What we walked into.

Aqua Warehouse Group distribute several spa brands across the UK and support a large network of dealers. They had recently started selling spa consumables online themselves, and realised their dealers could benefit from the same offering. The catch: each dealer wanted to trade under their own brand, not under Aqua's.

What we set out to build.

We extended Aqua's existing Lunar-based commerce system to support white label storefronts. A custom add-on detects which dealer's website is being requested and adjusts the look, branding and content accordingly. New admin tools let Aqua set up new dealer sites, upload logos and customise colours without developer involvement.

Where they ended up.

Aqua can now turn on a new dealer storefront in minutes. Each dealer trades under their own brand. Aqua handles fulfilment and reporting from one central platform, deepening the dealer relationships that already drive their business.
