Aqua Warehouse wanted to be able to provide an online spa supplies service to its network of hot tub dealers. NEON created a white label e-commerce system built upon Lunar which allows Aqua to provide custom branded online stores to each of their dealers.
An ever expanding business
Aqua Warehouse Group have multiple spa brands they distribute in the UK and have a big network of dealerships they support with fanatical support.
They also run their own retail showrooms and have featured on mainstream television!
Empowering their dealer network
Aqua Spa Supplies value their dealer network highly and have recently started to sell spa supplies online. They realised that their dealer network could also potentially benefit from the same offering.
Aqua approached NEON to build a new version of their e-commerce system which could be white labelled, allowing their dealers to have their own online store, fulfilled by Aqua Warehouse.
Another Lunar solution...
NEON took Aqua's existing e-commerce system built using Lunar and enhance it to support white-label websites. We created a custom add-on so the system could detect which website was being requested and adjusted the look of the pages accordingly.
New admin administration pages were created to allow Aqua to setup new dealer websites, upload logos and customise the colours and style of those sites. Reports are generated to keep track of commission and dealers can log into their online store to keep track of their sales.
